Project Management involves us overseeing and managing your building project.
We deliver the completed project in a timely cost effective manner through design legislation and design issues using our wide ranging professional advice and techniques.
Most of our projects are handled from the initial concepts through the initial brief, obtaining planning permission, conservation consent, etc, through tendering and construction to practical completion and handover.
In addition to new projects careful management also applies to projects that involve maintenance, repair, refurbishment, decommissioning or demolition.
Every project is overseen by a Director and all aspects of the project are managed by us on your behalf from inception to completion.
Contract Supervision
We act as your agent in procuring the best Contractor, under the best contract conditions for the best price.
We ensure control both quality and cost of the project whilst dealing with the complexities and variations that invariably arise during construction works.
We work with our clients to ensure that the work is completed to a high standard within a specified time frame and to a reasonable completion date.
Planned Maintenance
We prepare maintenance schedules following a detailed survey; we then cost these in order to prepare budgets to allow planning of future expenditure and prevent unseen costs arising.
