Domestic Surveys
A Domestic Survey is an inspection of your property by a Chartered Building Surveyor. A site visit is necessary followed by the prompt preparation and provision of a written report, within 72 hrs of our visit. This allows you to make an informed decision and gives you confidence and peace of mind.
Building Surveys
A full Building Survey is a bespoke survey and report that includes a detailed visual inspection of the property and a 30 point report into all aspects of the building. This survey is the preferred survey for older properties, unique properties and properties that have been extended, converted or altered.
Homebuyer Reports
The Homebuyer's Report is a standardised report format, with standard paragraphs and includes a valuation. This report is particularly suited to new properties or can be used where a budget survey only is required.
